Facebook Friends

Before Facebook, I always thought a friend was a friend but now days people I am not close to can be my friend. Facebook is more of a networking tool than a keep in touch tool. I read an article at www.csmonitor.com/2007/0118/p09s01-coop.htm and it is about the different facebook friends. Who knew there were so many options.
